PLEASE NOTE: WHEN CHECKING YOUR SALES ONLINE, THE TOTAL WILL BE FIGURED AT THE STANDARD 70% MINUS THE $10 CONSIGNOR FEE.  IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A HIGHER PERCENTAGE OR ARE PARTICIPATING IN VIP TAGGING, THOSE DIFFERENT PERCENTAGES WILL NOT BE REFLECTED IN THE TOTAL. THE CORRECT PERCENTAGE WILL BE ADJUSTED AND CORRECTED BEFORE CHECKS ARE MAILED.

IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES

PRESALE AND CONSIGNOR SHOPPING OPPORTUNITIES

  • Monkey Squad Members who have 8 hours credit or more shop Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 @ 4pm-9pm.**  They also shop the 1/2 off presale on Friday, October 4th, 2019 @ 7-8pm!**
  • Monkey Squad Members who have 4 hours credit shop Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 @ 5pm-9pm.**
  • All consignors shop Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 @ 5:30pm-9pm.**
  • Paid Presale is Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 @ 7:00pm-9pm.  Paid presale is $5 PER PERSON ages 16 and older at the door.  No need to preregister.  Please have correct change.  We are excited to give more people the opportunity to enjoy the presale!!

CONSIGNOR DROP OFFS

Tuesday, October 1st  &  Wednesday, October 2nd

  • Drop off times – Tuesday 10am-9pm & Wednesday 9am-12noon
  • DROP OFF PROCEDURES -  Please have everything tagged when you arrive for drop off. Rolling racks and dollies are available for your convenience.  Grab a rack and start bringing in your items.  CLOTHING ITEMS ARE LIMITED TO 125 HANGING ITEMS PER CONSIGNOR. Please bring your items in bundles of 25 so we can count them quickly.  Please remain with your items until a check in assistant is available and has completely checked through all your merchandise.   You will then put out your own merchandise on the sale floor.   Having them in order by SEX AND SIZE (ex. all 3T boys together, all 24 mon. girls together, etc.) will help you tremendously to get things on the sale floor more quickly.  AFTER you have placed all your merchandise on the sale floor, you will need to check in at the registration table so we know your merchandise has been brought in and to receive your presale pass.  We will also return to you at that time any items deemed unacceptable at check in.
  • DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN CHECKED THROUGH, YOU HAVE PLACED THEM ON THE SALE FLOOR AND CHECKED IN AT THE CHECK IN TABLE.  We will do our very best to get you through the check in process quickly. If you are in a hurry, please avoid very busy shifts which tend to be in the evenings. Your consideration and patience is greatly appreciated!
  • Please be kind and courteous to whomever is checking in your items. Please remember they are just trying to make your sale the best if can be and are not insulting you if they remove an item with stains, excessive wear, etc. Please know this is very common and difference in lighting sometimes makes stains, tears, etc. more visible.

CONSIGNOR PICK UPS

PICK UP FOR UNSOLD ITEMS WILL BE SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5TH FROM 6-7PM. Anything NOT picked up by 7pm WILL BE DONATED. Consignor checks will be mailed out within 3 days after the event.

*Only items marked “Discount:Yes” will be discounted.

**All early shopping (EXCEPT THE PAID PRESALE) requires a pass.   Consignors receive their pass at drop-off.
